AiiRii SuperFix Wall SPH-90

AiiRii SuperFix Wall SPH-90 is a high strength structure sandwich panel; it is Oriented Strand Board as the exterior surface, and calcium silicate board for the interior surface, and building paper honeycomb for core.

Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is manufactured from waterproof heat-cured adhesives and rectangular shaped wood strands that are arranged in cross-oriented layers, similar to plywood. This results in a structural engineered wood panel that shares many of the strength and performance characteristics of plywood. Produced in huge, continuous mats, OSB is a solid panel product of consistent quality with no laps, gaps or voids.

Honeycomb core panel is made of recyclable paper, the hexagonal shape of honeycomb core is similar to natural honeycomb constructed by bees, it is noise-insulated, heat-resistance, fire-protect, anti-shock, light-material, high strength, and environmental friendly, it is widely used in architecture field with high quality and performance.

The interior surface board is asbestos-free calcium silicate board, it will not emit smoke and gas when the board fires. The incombustibility is complying with GB8624-1997A standard.

AiiRii SuperFix Wall with inner crosser and special steel materials inside, it is not only offer powerful rigidity support for the whole construction, but also can prevent the fire spreading effectively. The one block 3000 mm*1220 mm super large board can apply in the construction with floor height below 3 meters without any integration. The simple installation not only increases efficiency and material utilization rate, but also keeps a clean and quiet installation site, which will not bring rubbish and a mass of dust. As a kind of high quality heat insulation wall, AiiRii SuperFix board applies to Villa, shopping mall, hotel, office, dust-free workshop, apartment and moveable house etc.

AiiRii SuperFix Wall is about 18 kilograms per square meter, it can be carried by hand with two people, and it has special tenon for quick installation. The wall block can be reinforced by thicker steel invisibility, which can effectively pull the board and decrease human injury caused by wall dumping at emergency such as earth shock. The wall block materials are very stable and resist aging, and the useful life is up to 50 years, which is the preferred material for new construction wall.
